AIM
The service provider, responsible of the web site, put to the disposal of the users, the present document with which he aspires to respect the obligations exposed in the Law 34/2002, of the « Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico » (LSSI-CE), and keep informed the users of the web site of the conditions of use of the web site.

Any person who accesses to the web site is a user, committing him/herself to the compliance and respect of the dispositions mentioned here, so as all the other possible legal dispositions applicable.

The service provider, reserves him/herself the right to modify any type of information which would appear on the web site without the obligation of warning or letting know the users the said obligations, understood as sufficient with the publication of the web site of the service provider.

RESPONSABILITY
The service provider exempts him/herself of any type of responsibility drifting of the information published on his/her website, with the condition that the information should have been manipulated or introduced by a third foreign to the website.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For the resolution of all the infringements or related questions with the present website or the activities developed in it, the Spanish legislation will be applied. The parties will submit themselves to it. The Judges and Courts of Toledo are competent for the resolution of all the conflicts coming from this website, or related to its use.
